This notice explains how Unique Panel & Spray uses personal information sent to us through this website, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you request a quote we receive what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle details, insurer and claim number, a description of the damage and any photos.

Why we use it

Only to reply to you, quote for and carry out your repair, and deal with your insurer if you are claiming. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Our staff, and your insurer or their assessor where your repair is an insurance claim. Form messages pass through our form provider so they can reach our inbox.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it for your repair and for our legal and accounting records.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email info@uniquepanel.co.za or write to us at Unit B8 & B10, Block B, 11 Celie Rd, Tokai, Cape Town, 7945. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
